Run stronger, hold pace longer, and stop losing time between stations

Running makes up roughly 60% of your total Hyrox race time  yet it's often the most under-trained part of an athlete's preparation . Most athletes train the stations hard and treat the running as an afterthought, then watch their pace fall apart from run 3 onwards. That's exactly the gap we close.

Running eight 1km efforts, broken up by max-effort stations, is a completely different demand to running on fresh legs. It requires:

  • An      aerobic engine big enough to hold pace under accumulated fatigue
  • The      ability to settle your breathing and heart rate fast after a station
  • Using      a fast paced run as a recovery
  • Ensuring      running economy doesn't fall apart when your legs are full of fatigue

Endurance and fatigue management, along with running economy work is the goal— and it's where we specialise.

Our Background

We specialise in making runners faster and more efficient . Our coaching focuses on running economy, pacing, and technique, so every kilometre costs you less energy and leaves more in the tank for your next station. We've helped athletes cut meaningful time off their running splits by fixing pacing errors, improving running form, and building the aerobic capacity to hold pace deep into a race. For Hyrox, that translates directly into faster, more consistent run legs from start to finish.

Who is it for?

  • First-time Hyrox athletes who want to avoid falling apart on the run legs
  • Experienced Hyrox competitors chasing a specific finish time or pro qualification
  • Hybrid athletes balancing strength training with serious running development
  • Anyone whose station strength is ahead of their running fitness
