Frate Train Development Squad is a program designed to elevate young athletes' running performance and foster a lifelong love for fitness. Tailored for school-age participants, this coaching program spans 8 sessions per term, each lasting 45 minutes, meticulously crafted to maximise the potential of every young runner.

3.Focused Development: Every session is carefully designed to focus on specific areas essential for a well-rounded runner. Participants will engage in running efficiency drills, strength exercises, and purposeful running sessions tailored to improve fitness levels for distances ranging from 800 meters to 5 kilometers.
4.Proper Warm-ups and Cool Downs: Safety is our top priority. Each session begins with a thorough warm-up to prepare the body for optimal performance, and concludes with a comprehensive cool-down to aid in recovery and reduce the risk of injury.
5. Expert Coaching: Our experienced coaches are dedicated to guiding young athletes through their running journey. With a wealth of knowledge and a passion for fostering athletic development, our coaches are committed to nurturing the potential within each participant.
